Chapter 7
Over the next four months, Sweetums worked as hard as he could, choosing to work on holidays to earn time and a half, but despite his hard work, Mad Man Mooney only gave him a 43 cent raise after four months. Sweetums did have a habbit of breaking Mad man Mooney's big rule, that he don't talk to the customers, and once Sweetums got a 17 dollar pay cut just because he talked to seven customers in a row.
Sweetums was still living and working there three years later, and he was wondering if he was ever going to move out.
"It's been three years, and I'm still working here", thought Sweetums, "I'm finally making five dollars now, though I might get another pay cut if I talk to the customers again, but my parents moved to florida, my friends all left the country for college, I haven't had a good meal in three months, and there haven't been any customers all day".
Just then, Mad Man Mooney called Sweetums out. "Hey, jack! Come out here!"
Sweetums ran out to the parking lot, where he saw the customers, Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, and Camillia.
"That's my jack", said Mad Man Mooney.
"Oh, hi, Jack", said Kermit.
"Jack not name, Jack job!", said Sweetums.
Mad Man Mooney grabbed Sweetums by his chin fur and pulled, "How many time have I told you not to talk to the customers?!", he said sternly.
Sweetums pushed the car that the customers were buying, but then he was bothered by a fly that wouldn't stop flying around him.
"Now, at Mad Man Mooney's, there's no wheeling and dealing", said Mad Man Mooney, "The price you see on the car is the price you pay".
At that point, Sweetums hit the fly right onto a price tag which read "$1195", but when he hit the fly, it was splatted into looking like a period, so the price looked like it said "$11.95".
"I'll take the car for eleven dollars and ninety-three cents", said Kermit.
Mad Man Mooney looked and got furious. He had decided to fire sweetums after the customers left. Sweetums let the customers in the car.
"This car is nice", said Gonzo.
"Bawk", said camillia.
"Let's go", said Fozzie.
Kermit stook his head out the window, "Hey, we're going to hollywood, do you want to come with us?"
"Hollywood!", shouted an excited Sweetums, "Oh, boy!" He was so excited that he ran to get his things packed without telling kermit, so they all just left, not knowing that he wanted to come with them.
Sweetums was packing his things and then he heard the car leaving.
"Wait!", said Sweetums, who rushed his packing and then ran, "Hey, wait for me!"
Sweetums chased the car, but the car was a bit faster than he was, and they were too far away to see Sweetums in any of the rear-view mirrors.
"I wantot o go to hollywood! Wait...", screamed Sweetums.
Mad Man Mooney went to sweetums' garage room, "Sweetums, You are fired! I want you to pack all of your things and..."
Mad man Mooney then noticed that all of Sweetums' things were packed.
"What a good worker", thought Mad Man Mooney.
A police officer then showed up, "Excuse me, Mr. Mooney, but you're wanted down at the police station".
