Anything Gonzo and Rizzo got themselves into? Animal going crazy and launching the rest of the Electric Mayhem into more contemporary, upbeat party music? The rats' reactions to Scrooge yelling at them? Piggy as Mrs. Cratchit forgetting which daughter is who?
It still doesn't feel like a muppet movie.

Unfortunately, I've not seen TGMC in years, so I'll leave that one out, but:

The Muppet Movie
The Muppets
Muppets Most Wanted
Muppets From Space
The Muppets Take Manhattan
Muppet Christmas Carol
Muppet Treasure Island

None of these are bad.

My ranking:
The Great Muppet Caper
The Muppet Movie
The Muppets Take Manhattan
Muppets Most Wanted
The Muppet Christmas Carol
The Muppets
Muppet Treasure Island
Muppets from Space.

But ask me tomorrow and the ranking may change (except that Muppets from Space will still likely be at the bottom).

It's hard for me to rank each of the Muppet movies, but I guess I'll give it a try:

- THE GREAT MUPPET CAPER
- THE MUPPETS TAKE MANHATTAN
- THE MUPPET MOVIE
- MUPPET TREASURE ISLAND
- MUPPETS FROM SPACE
- THE MUPPET CHRISTMAS CAROL
- KERMIT'S SWAMP YEARS
- THE MUPPETS
- MUPPETS MOST WANTED
- THE MUPPETS' WIZARD OF OZ
- IT'S A VERY MERRY MUPPET CHRISTMAS MOVIE

I haven't seen Christmas Carol or Treasure Island (yet), but I think my ranking for now would be...
1. The Muppet Movie
2. The Muppets
3. Muppets from Space
4. The Muppets Take Manhattan
5. The Great Muppet Caper
6. Muppets Most Wanted

I know I haven't contributed to this thread, but I think everyone here has the same points as me.

As for ranking the movies for me:

1. Muppets Most Wanted
2. Great Muppet Caper
3. The Muppet Movie
4. Muppet Treasure Island
5. The Muppets
6. Muppets Take Manhattan
7. Muppet Christmas Carol
8. Letters to Santa
9. Very Merry
10. Muppets From Space
11. Muppet Wizard of Oz
12. Swamp Years

I'd watch any of these except for Swamp Years. I have so many problems with the movie but that's a discussion for later.

I often find myself tying two different Muppet movies in one spot, as I have a tendency to go back and forth on favorites/least favorites.

1. The Muppet Movie and Caper
2. The Muppets and Most Wanted
3. Manhattan and Christmas Carol
4. Treasure Island and Space
5. Swamp Years and Very Merry
6. Oz. Yep. All by itself.

I consider Letters to Santa a TV special, rather than a movie. Tempting as it is to rank the specials, it'd be best if I saved that for another thread. As though this one doesn't go off topic enough. :stick_out_tongue:

The TV projects are debated, but KSY, VMX, and MOZ are definitely movies: they're all over an hour long, and were clearly cinematic productions; LTS was an hour-long TV special.

Those three films were designed and filmed for TV viewing. They're not "cinematic", at least as far as I'm concerned.
