Here's my first custom, Steppin' Out Scooter, it's a simple repaint of Movie Usher Scooter, I used black and white acrylic paint for his clothes, and black sculpy to make his hat. He fits great with the rest of the SO gang. I think it turned out fantastic, tell me what you think...

Not too bad, although I think the brim of the top hat ought to be a bit wider. It just doesn't look...right the way it is now. Other than that, he looks like he did when Sam had the entire cast dressed in black tie for the Rudolph Nureyev episode.

I'll have to agree. The rest of the tux looks pretty good. The hat just looks a little odd. I thought it was the way it was placed but maybe it is just too small. I give you an A for acheivement though

I think the hat's off to, I just couldn't get the sculpey right.:attitude:
The figure looks A-MAZING, except for the hat. The only problem with it is that it needs to be a little less tall, and a little fatter towards the bottom. A good squash with your palm ought to do it!

Thanks T.A., I'd squish it, but it's already been baked in the oven, so that might be kinda hard.

Yikes. I've never used Sculpey before (and for that matter, I'd never heard of it until now) and so I imagined it was just regular ol' clay with some crazy American name on it! My bad, it looks awesome.

Sculpey is dang hard when you want to make something small like that. One wouldn't think it would be so difficult, but you get your fingerprints all over it and you press down on one side and the other side collapses. It's not so bad with bigger items. You did a very good job with your first custom, prawncracker. Before you know it, you'll be Dremel-ing and cutting and hacking and interchanging with the best of 'em.
