Actually it looks to me like he's going for the German word "heil", which is part of the phrase that means "Hail victory".

Well...I was online during the hours he was causing this havoc. And yes, Furryred, I also got that same message in my box. I also decided to have a little conversation with him through PM to figure him out and boy is he creepy. Finally he stopped. Thanks to Beau and others for helping "fight" this thing.
