Hmm... I would have said to continue/start a second party in the already-existing thread, but since you said there was a solid ending, I'm going to authorize a new thread for your pseudo-party Dwayne. Yes, you can set up rules at the beginning of the thread, but please contact a moderator if things start to go in the wrong direction. Also, keep in mind that if certain undesirable people post far too often in said thread it might get deleted for reasons explained above.

Also, please contact a moderator privately when you have questions like these so this particular thread can remain point, for the reportage and handling of members who post nothing but spam.
Thanks.

I have a question about members on the forum who have been labeled as spammers. I have talked to some members who have been labeled, and they say they want to be a part of the forum, and do things the right way. Now I have been helping these members with how to properly post, create threads, and other things as well. My Question however is can the said members be "unlabeled" as spammers, and if so what more do they need to do, or how can I help them achieve that goal?

They need to stop behaving like spammers. Apologizing and then turning right around and posting more spam is not the way to do it.

As I've said before, people earn their reputations. People will forgive and forget if the previously-discussed "problem children" stop misbehaving. Some already have, and as far as I am concerned are welcome members of the forum. Others seem never to learn.

This person may or may not have a spam signature
and this person may or may not be a spammer. Their post seems kinda fishy to me, and I swear there have been other posts that said the same thing before...
