So I didn't want to go into it too much. But since you asked, here it goes:
1) The inside of the mouth and tongue are just quickly cut out and glued on there. The teeth are in the right spot bit the mouthplate sticks out underneath.
Hey Iokitek,
I like the feedback (no worries I asked you for comments). What I notice and what others notice can often be different.
Yes the tongue was not measured or check for symmatry. It was just cut quickly.
The mouthplate may seem to stick out, but it actually doesn't (optical illusion?). The top part of the mouth is longer than the bottom. It actually lines up pretty well with the top.

2) His nose would've looked beter if it was more embedded instead of placed on top. And the stripe on his nose is not very straight.
Agreed. The intent was to make sure the nose was glued completely flat and then airbrush black around it to give the illusion of it being embedded, but I never got to do that.
Yes, the stripe is not very straight.

3) His body is not very proportionate as far as I can tell.
You are right. I didn't do a mirriored image on both sides of the body (like I normally do). I just did it as one whole body and it is not perfectly balanced.

Other than that he looks realy cool for a rushed puppet. I don't know if i could do better But I'm a perfectionist so I always notice alot of irregularities. Especially in my own projects wich usually end up in the trash or spare part pile.
Again, I appreciate your insight. Remember that I asked you for your feedback. Your comments were interesting to me.
I again thank you for your kind words about my puppet.
