Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop reminds me of a ventriloquist team I loved a great deal - Willie and Lester. Lester was a black dummy with glasses who had very funny wise cracks to comedian Willie Tyler who operated him. They guested on an episode of "The Jeffersons" once too! :smile:

I think I remember on a TV special, I can't remember the name of it. It showed 4 famous ventriloquists at a restaurant table enjoying themselves. The ventriloquists were.......

Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop, Willie Tyler and Lester, Ron Lucas and Buffalo Billy, and of course Paul Winchell and Jerry Mahoney.
