I feel sorry for the audience of the 90s and 80s when Frank’s and Jim’s characters were not on the street at all.

yeah, that was pretty disappointing, of course they were never really meant for the street but they weren't commonly seen in inserts either during the early 80's and pretty much all of the 90's

I borrow my friend's account (and he has cable access to the channel), so things turn up on HBO Go the minute they start airing on HBO. It might be different if you're signed up for the service through different means.
