If anyone is interested in pre-ordering Set 2 from Palisades new Sesame Street figures line, you can do this at www.toywiz.com

Set 2 will include Bert, Count Von Count, Roosevelt Franklin, and the Yip Yip Martians. I believe they are scheduled for release early next year.

Also, the special Rainbow Connection Kermit is supposed to be available in August. I highly recommend this one, especially due to the cause that the proceeds will be supporting.

Thanks.

Huh? That's hextremely premature of them. S1 isn't even out yet and they're already taking pre-orders for S2? Especially when S2 won't be out till 1st Q of 2006 near March or so?

And as for the lineup, be aware that it's not set in stone, even after the figures are started up in the factory. Any lineup is always susceptible to change. Heck, look at the bumpings caused by PB Fozzie going from S2 Exclusive to S5 Exclusive to S6.
As for RC Kermit, Tony said that it might be in stock towards the end of June or the start of July. Of course, that could always be delayed and not get in their warehouses till August, so I'll give ToyWhiz that one.

As for ordering RC Kermit, any and all CC members will probably pick him up there, since he'll have free S&H due to the fact that it'll be sold simultaneously at Palisades Direct. If you need any explaining as to how this works, LMK.
Hope this helps and have a good day.

Coupla' questions:
• Is S1 even finalized? I mean, are the sculpts at final approval? Palisades Sesame Street page still says "Stay tuned". What's the deal?
• Didn't people get burned when S10 of the Muppet line was up for pre order and then the line just stopped?
• When's S1 SS hitting stores? And what stores have been officially selected retailers?

Thanks in advance.

Answering questions again.

1 Ryan, RC Kermit is not an exclusive to OMGCNFO. This figure is a special Palisades Toys release, as a way to commemorate the Cooper Perry Foundation. And as such, the figures will be released exclusively through Palisades Direct, and the Palisades Collector's Club.
2 Vic...
a. Wouldn't say that people got burned when S10's pre-orders were taken down cause I think we all know by now that ToyWhiz jacks up the prices on the figures somewhat. Would say the peoples were mostly disappointed that there would be no S10 released through mass retail, split up as individual exclusives instead of which we're only missing a concrete announcement of a release for Sal Manilla.
b. SS S1 is due for release in the fall of 2005. Would guesstimate between end of September or beginning of October, give or take a date pushback.
c. Justin says that the steel is being cut for the tools for the S1 lineup as of now.
d. No physical retailers have been announced as of yet who've picked the SS line for mass retail sale. Would hope someone does though, so I can get outta the house and go on the haunt again. But if noone does, at least I can get the figures through OMGCNFO.
Hope this helps and have a good day.

You are right about not only toywiz.com, but other retailers really crank up the dollar on these products. (I almost wanted to fall over when I saw that the Kermit/Miss Piggy wedding set was over a thousand dollars!!) I just wanted to put it out there about pre-ordering for set 2 incase any of you were interested. I also know, as Count said, that the characters are not set in stone yet, but it is still something to keep a look out for. Again, I am really looking forward to the new SS line. I hope you all are as well!

Indeed. I'll finally be ordering my Super Grover from Palisades when I get my next paycheck. Times have been rough but Sesame Street will soon be knocking on my door!
