Rudy is afraid of getting a shot at the doctor's office, so Nina and Abby play pretend to show what the visit will be like so he can feel less scared.

This episode features an all-new street story, a new Mecha Builders ("Toy Problem"), and Elmo's World ("Toys").

In this episode, Rudy dosent want to go to the doctor because of the shot and Tango dosent want to take a bath, so Nina help Rudy show shots don’t hurt by pretending to be the doctor and Rudy’s toy John pretends to be the patient, we get a short segment where Elmo surprises the two headed monster even though it’s not a repeat, we get a segment about toys, in the new mega builders segment, the Mega builder help grandma with the Magnets on her toy car. I enjoy the cardboard audience moments. In Elmo’s world we learn about toys.
