Episode 1707 - Big Bird's First Day at Camp
HBO Max Premiere: Wednesday May 27, 2020
It's Big Bird and Rusty's first morning at Camp Echo Rock! At first, Big Bird wakes up a little confused not being at Sesame Street, but with the help of Camp Counselor Mickey, he is able to get ready. Everyone also works together to help Rusty get over the morning blues! The day is packed with fun activities like playing baseball, where Big Bird hits his first home run. Big Bird also writes a postcard for Maria, catching her up with what he's done so far at camp! And after the big first day, the campers eat dinner together. During dinner, Big Bird learns to try new foods like peas and mashed potatoes! Before going to sleep, Big Bird and Rusty both realize that they are very home sick. In order to let their emotions out, they cry together and feel much better!
