Season 10: Another hot day on Sesame Street/Oscar sees arguments
Sponsors: C, F, 11
Scene 1: Oscar hears an argument between Gordon and Susan. “What a great way to start the morning! This is even better than putting hot sauce on my corn flakes.” Gordon and Susan are arguing over whether to take the bus to work or to drive their car. Oscar yells, “Keep on arguing! If you do, you’ll both be late for work! This is Grouch paradise!” The adults realize that Oscar’s right: they’re not getting anywhere by arguing. So Susan and Gordon decide to wait for their bus and to drive tomorrow, to Oscar’s detriment.
