LOL! Ill help you! we'll sneak into a TV station and pop out when they do the weather report... I think Jedi works for a TV station now... we could just tie him up and pretend to be him....

Does that work?

"Like when the Muppets went to Manhattan, Fozzie thought they'd be on Broadway in no time. But instead they faced rejection after rejection. While separating to find jobs was sad for them, it was probably a good idea (one gotten by Scooter, btw!) And eventually they were able to find their dream, but only after taking their knocks and working really hard.

And maybe you won't get the first career of your dreams. There are so many other things to chose from. As long as you're determined and believe in what you're doing, that's what matters.
I agree! Kermit and the gang kept their dream alive and believed that it would happen even when it looked hopeless, they still kept hope! Another very important thing to remember is to not ever let anybody tell you that you can't do somthing no matter what. Because as long as you believe you can, then that is what really matters!

You guys have no idea how much these words are helping me. I'm in the middle of changing schools and stuff and there is so much confusion going on right now... hearing that there is hope and that I can do something with myself is so helpful to me! Giant hugs to both you guys, and everybody. The last few days this thread has been getting me down because everyone seems so sure of themselves, and I'm so unsure. But hearing such inspired words gives me hope that I can work this out.

Aw...Miss prpper! I'm humbled that my words could help inspire you! it's true that we sll do have doubt somtimes. But it doesn't last forever. But it you can help just one person day go a little better, then that in itself is just as big of an ispiration. so in a sense if passes on and keeps on giving. That's an amazing thought!

hey yall wish me luck i'm going to be in training to drive a forklift today. I think im in training to be a department manager at Wal-Mart, and i havent even been there 90 days. You just got to work hard keep at it and then one day somone will say "hey Dwayne jump on the Cherry Picker, and tomorow your going to be on the forklift" So work hard the only way you can make it at your dream is if you work hard and faster. Be proud of your work if your not proud of what you do, then you need to find somthing you can be proud of.

Definitely, knowing that you've influenced someone's life for the better is the best feeling in the world.

Even if you're not aware of it, you never know how your words and actions may effect people. And even if it doesn't right away, the important thing is to try.

I would also like to say to remember to have fun. Everything in live does not a have to feel like a chore. It you love what your doing , it does not always have to feel like a work or a job. So remember to work just as hard as you play, too! My dad used to always tall me the old saying to wrkr smarter , not harder, so work smart at working hard!

But theirs people who work hard everyday and never soo their dreams come true. Some people have to make a living and thay's more important, some don't like what they do at all. But as long as you love what your doing, thats what's important. Everybody's dreams are different, some are small, some are large, but they all are improtant. I heard some advice by this guy who said the things is too get near the thing that you really want to do amd do anything you can their, whether it's holding a wire, or getting coffee or anything and maybe one day some one will noticed "Hey that guy has talant! But you do have to put forth the effort and do the work, too, That is very important! But again, you always should never forget to always keep your dreams alive because as long as you believe in them, they never will!

I'm just reminded of a line from that Office Space movie, "Most people don't like their jobs." I think that's very telling. There are glamorous jobs out there, but most people won't see them. If you have the opportunity to do what you love that's great. But ultimately jobs exist so you can support yourself. I admire people who are willing to take the less than glamorous jobs in order to provide for themselves and their families.

I know for me that their have been influences in my life who at the time it didn't really register what they were trying to tell me. But years later at time what I was feeling down, what they were telling me really made the biggest difference in my life. It's like a light turned on in me that told me to keep going on! So it is improtant to always try because you never know the inpact that you might have on a person's life!
