Hello there!
At EBgames.com, thers is a listing for a Series 7 "Small Action Figure Set" with Beauregard, Kermit as Captain Smollet, and Robin for sale. I've never heard of this. Does anyone know what this is other than the obvious? I mean, I've never heard of a smaller scale of the current line being sold before.
Also, what is the difference between the upcoming Sam and the shifty-eyed Sam going to be? :attitude:

That IS the current line-up. It just says small because it's 5" (probably), not because it's a mini line.

They mean "small" because it is missing Johnny Fiama. They sold out of him because of people snapping up all the variants so they are selling a smaller set without him. The only difference between Sam and Shifty Eyed Sam are the obvious :- shifty eyes !!!

What The...!?!?!

So Johnny Fiama is the hottest Muppet figure to ever come out??? What kinda crap is this!!! I'll never again underestimate the randomness of the masses. Ever. I was banking on picking up the variants for cheap, or at least pretty easily. Clifford has his variant for clearance prices over at Suncoast by me!!! (Like I said, these yahoos ordered the holy snot outta series 6 and now they have a wall full...)

Anyway, I was really hoping for Fiama... maybe the rush will be over by the time he gets to me... Maybe not. I have no idea. I'm hoping though. Since he comes with different paint jobs AND different accessories (kinda) I'm down for each one of em. Totally.

The reason Johnny sold out is because there is 3 versions of him and each one is only packed one per case. Thats why he sold out. It's not because he's popular.

Yeah basically EBGAMES only buy so many cases, and so they only have a few of each Johnny Fiama variant. They also offer them all up for sale individually usually which means the variants sell out fast. EBGAMES don't order up more cases to get more Johnny's (because that would mean they are left with loads more of the other figures in the series) so they are now selling a pack of those guys without him.

Dig it.

OK, I totally understand. WEll, I guess I gotta keep the hunt on longer than I thought. THe first variant I WANT and I'll be lucky to get a single figure... Grrrr.... Oh well. I hope my Suncoast is as smart ordering these figs as the rest of you guys' retailers.

Good luck to those of you who don't have Johnny yet!!!

Also, Jonny looks great and comes with great stuff. I'm not surprised at all.

Johnny is the figure I want the most of the series... and maybe even the entire line. If I cannot find him, I'll pull me hair out! I guess I'll have to sell that Kidney after all....
