For a celebration of Jim's birthday next Sunday the 24th, I'm planning on putting together a special show. Anyone who wants to send me any Jim Henson/Muppeteer audio, or any other audio that would be good for the show, email it to me@muppetcast.com. Of course I'll credit any contributors in the show, and thanks ahead of time!

Well since you already have all the audio from Jim's memorial, Steve, there's not much I can send you, sorry. But it sounds like a great episode and I can't wait to hear it!

you know I've been playing around a bit with some Henons audio. Was very inspired by listening to the audiobook of "The Pythons" recently and started putting some scraps and bits together. Let me dig through what I haveand see if there's anything worth sending.

Um... Actually, next Sunday, Sunday after tomorrow, is the 23rd. The 24th is the Monday following this coming Monday.
Reason I know this is cause a Puerto Rican holiday and my sister's birthday are both on the 23rd of September.

At any rate Steve... You already have the Dead Henson songs I sent, feel free to use those. The only other thing I could send you that feels fitting/touching for me are Caribbean Amphibian and Coconut Counting Man. LMK if you'd want 'em and I can send those along.
Thanks for the heads up and I look forward to tomorrow's episode of the Muppetcast.

Steve Whitmire's birthday is also on the 24th. Maybe you could do some audio comparrisons of their Kermit voices.

What is the Muppetcast and where/how can I listen to it?

Also, I think that a recording of Ernie singing "Imagination" would be very fitting.

*Gasps! Bryan, you haven't found the Muppetcast? Oh, and here I thought some of my previous posts would've made it clear.

OK Bry, here's what you do... In your internet browser, type in www.muppetcast.com, which'll take you to the main page. From there, it's simple to access each episode by clicking on the "Icon" graphic link, which'll download and start playing that particular episode through your media player program. You can also find older episodes at the I-Tunes store or at www.dig.com by searching for "Muppetcast".
After you're done listening, come back and post your thoughts in the "Announcing the Muppetcast!" thread in the On the Web section.

Hope this helps and have a good weekend buddy.

Hey Java, yeah I do. I don't have the actual audio, but I have the songs from it. It was up on Sylinde Bren's Muppet Musique site before it came down. If you want the songs just drop me a PM with your e-mail.
