This is going to be hard for me to post about, but i need peope to pray for me and stuff.

Last week was a very hard week for me becuase i went to get a Tennessee Drivers licence. When I took the Vison test i failed it, and was not able to get my DL. I known I have had vison problems, but I didn't think they where getting worse. My mom made me a Eye doctor visit, and when I went the news was not good at all. From what the Doc told me my left eye has goten so bad over the years that there is little or nothing they can do for it. He gave me a new prescription for some glasses but I don't think it will really help me with the Vision test at the DL place.
This means I will not be able to drive again, and have to rley on other people to take me where I want to go.
This is really hard for me to deal with because I have always thought that me driving was a win over my vison problem. If you all could please pray i would love you for it. (Heck I already do love you)

You know, sometimes it takes a little while for things like a new prescription to kick in.

I know the Doc said there was not fixing this problem so I don't think the new glasses will even help.

Im sorry hon :sympathy:

its hard to learn something that impacts your life so much. This isnt nearly as bad as not being able to drive, but I just got told by the doctor I can never have dairy again (an alergy that I have developed over the past 2 years) I cant have ice cream, I cant have cheese- that means pizza, lazania, pretty much anything Italian (and Im mostly Italian, and it hurts me that I cant have my familys traditional food, or even participate in traditions like having milkshakes on my Grandpas birthday (he died when I was 5))

But I guess my point is (and it goes for anything that effects your daily life that you could loose) is dont take what you have for granted, or someday you may not have it. I cant imagine what it would be like to say, become diabetic or loose your eyesite later in life, would be very hard, dairy is hard for me as it is.

Your in my prayers, I hope it gets better.

Not really no because the damage has been done to my left eye for so long that it would not be fizable.

I'm pretty much that way with dairy if I have too much.

Hope for the best, Dwayne!
