Rocky Mountain Holiday

Where was this special filmed? I'm in Denver, Colorado and this past weekend I went with a puppet team to the Rocky Mountain National park. Some of the scenery looked familiar and so the special came to mind. So does anyone know if it was filmed in this park? Thanks.

Well, it was certainly filmed in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, hence the title Rocky Mountain Holiday and also one of John Denver's most famous hits "Rocky Mountain High".
