Wow...this one kinda came out of the blue. Very sad news. She was great as the schoolteacher in The Birds.

She will be sorely missed, a talented actress.
I loved her in Disney's "The Ugly Dacshund", funny movie.

Oh yeah, best movie EVER! Love the Ugly Dachsund, and not just because I like Great Danes.

She also voiced the villian in The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride.

She also voiced a character in Miyazaki's Spirited Away. I've never seen that, so that's, like, #1 priority!
