Didn't Bill perform Mahna Mahna in the live show too?
Yes he did, because when the left eye of the puppet came loose, he said something about it and the microphones picked it up, "His eye came loose!" I think is what he said.

There is no deleted scenes option on the MFS DVD which is dissappointing. But Steve did perform him just the same.

Rowlf should be comming back eventually. I mean, he's kind of making his way into the mix again. Hopefully in what ever new project we see, Rowlf will be thrown back at us as if he never left just like what happened with Scooter. That's the best ption I can think of. I know Rowlf was in some background stuff and was used in Muppet Race Mania, but we need a real come back the way he was used on TMS and in the muppet movies.

There are a few clips from deleted scenes on the MFS video press tape. This still appears on eBay from time to time.

Phil, is this the whole movie on tape with other scenes not in the final cut inserted back in, or is it like a pitch tape showing clips only?

What else is on it?

It's not the whole film, but it does include several scenes not in the actual movie. It's about 50 minutes long. It includes a lot of interviews from the set and various promos for the film.

Sounds worth getting. Do you know of any other promo tapes floating around?
