COuld someone tell me about the commercial for a perfume (back in the 70's or 80's) where a woman is singing, "I bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan..." My friend has been trying to figure out the details and words to the song forever. I can't find it anywhere on the net!

If I remember correctly,it was called 'Angelie'(not sure on the spelling).

How about the jolly green giant who went "Ho Ho Ho" at the end? Just saw this article about how the guy who did that voice for years just died at age 80.

Thought about this too: 'My name is E.F. Hutton, and when E.F.Hutton talks *people lean in with hands to their ears*,everybody listens.'

Commercials for my Maryland home team: 'O-R-I-O-L-E-S! Orioles magic, makes it happen!'

How about that great catchy music every time they would show a commercial for an upcoming Harlem Globetrotters basketball game? And I saw the Globetrotters at an arena in 1984. They made some pretty dazzling shots and plays. The seats were pretty far away, however, so it marred the fun slightly.

Anyone remember this one?

"Clarence Turtle is my name,
turtle-dancing, that's my game.
Come on kids, everybody do the turtle dance!"
