Watching some Kermit and Grover skits recently. I noticed Kermit is more patient and is willing to give him a chance no matter what happens. No one I can think of is that leanent with him. One thing I enjoy is the pure timing and genius of Frank and Jim. I know this thread has been repeated tons of times. What are you're favorite Grover and Kermit skits?

Kermit and Grover: Health Minute.
Grover The Plumber.
Kermit Draws The Letter "M".
Grover and Kermit: Heavy and Light.
Grover Sells A Weather Machine to Kermit.

That's funny. I get the opposite impression. To me it seems like Kermit has this contempt for Grover that he's not very good at concealing.

("How you doing, Froggy pal?"
"Uh, I'm fine, Grover."
"Oh, that is good."
"At least I was until you came along."
"Oh...")

Kermit's a nice guy, but Grover seems to really push his buttons. Still, he's not mean enough to start cursing him out or anything (the fact that it's a little kids' show aside). Besides, I think of it as an adult (Kermit) interacting with a four-year-old (Grover) who just happens to be his height. (Hey, he's a Muppet. Their geneaolgy doesn't necessarily conform to humans'....:smirk: ) A little kid might drive you up the wall, but you take a deep breath and remember "he's just a little kid, he's just a little kid....". And go take an aspirin or two. :zany:

I always laughed whenever Grover would run up to Kermit yelling "HEEEYYYY FROGGY BABY!!!!!!!" and proceed to slap him on the back, making Kermit double over. I remember once, Kermit got him back once "HEEYYYYY GROVER BABY!!!!" but I can't remember which skit it was.

I've never heard of the Health Minute skecth. What happens in it?

And to think... another health-related skit featuring Kermit that could have been shown on Sesame Street last season (or in Happy Healthy Monsters).

Mickey Moose: That was a three-part segment where Grover was trying to talk about how great the number 2 was, and no one was cooperating. Grover's favorite number was 2, but no one else was quite so enthusiastic. (Kermit: "Sorry....I kinda like 9.")

If I remember right, Kermit does the shouting and slapping thing once, then in the second part, yells "HEY GROVER BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!......", runs over, rears his arm back....and goes "How are ya?"
Grover: "Uh......I'm good! I'm good!" (relieved)

I have that skit uploaded on YouTube. Basically Grover talks about teeth, but has to put false teeth in Kermit's mouth(initially against his will of course). Grover then proceeds to get everything wrong with Kermit correcting him each time:
"You need to see a tooth-checker(dentist)"
"You need to eat crunchy things like bananas(carrots)"
"You need to clean your teeth with a tooth-comb(toothbrush)"

It ends when Grover asks for his teeth back, and Kermit playfully chases after Grover, chomping at him.

Yes, I remember that now. If memory serves, the Count was also asked his favorite number and he named of some huge number(8, 256, 321 or something like that).

Oh, I've seen that one. I didn't know that it was called Health Minute.

I know that Sully also appeared in the three-part sketch mentioned here. Did Grover interrupt Sully, or was there some other funny way of making him not talk?
