A local radio station reported that after last night's episode (or whenever it was, I missed it, thank goodness) that every Fox station got angry phone calls because it was advertised as the FINAL show. THAT's where the confusion came in at, FOX had bad advertising.

Next week, though...

Well, I was happy with how things turned out. Sarah was a wench the whole show saying, "He's rough around the edges, but I can change that..."

Zora was always truthful, kind, and polite, the kind of girl I think that the REAL Evan Marriott is looking for.

I don't think Evan was really into the whole 'lying' thing after it got started, and that's why he stuttered so much in the beginning. Underneath it all, he's probably really a super cool guy, and we already know that Zora is a sweet pick!!

One other thing, the only thing that really dissatisfied me was that the reactions of the girls when he announced he was really broke to them wasn't as extreme as I had hoped. I had really hoped they were going to be bawling and throwing fits.

I think, too, that he should have told Sarah that he wasn't picking her BEFORE he said he was broke, then we could have seen her cry that she was second best, and then see how angry she gets when told he was broke and played her along.

She probably would have hog tied him.

I hear she has experience with that!!

Yeah, everyone on my floor hated Sarah, you could hear the cheers up and down the hall when he picked Zora.

And I know what you mean about her reaction to it. Right off the bat it wasnt so good but then when she was talking with Melissa while packing, she just seemed like "Yeah, I didn't like him that much anyway." She was dumb:big_grin:

And one more thing, the big "mind blowing twist" I did not think was very impressive.

I didn't watch "Joe Millionaire" except the first episode, which I happened to see at a friend's house. As a rule I don't like reality TV, except "American Idol" - I'm hooked on that! "Star Search" was pretty good too, especially the junior singers. I thought the premise of "Joe Millionaire" was kinda questionable - and I don't think the surprise twist was surprising at all. I figured he wind up a millionaire one way or another... But I was really glad to hear Zora came out on top. Just from the first show, I thought she seemed like the sweetest and most down-to-earth of the bunch. Hooray for nice guys with enough sense to pick nice girls!

I was expecting the surprise twist, because it got leaked and they were telling about it on the radio station here in town.

Well, NOW I've seen the first, a middle episode, and the finale. I'm done with him!!

I'm not a fan of any reality TV, but I just thought I'd mention that I personally know one of the American Idol rejects. Her name is Lisa Leuschner. As you may recall she's the redhead whom Simon said needed to lose weight, but Paula disagreed with him (this was on the "Best & Worst" special).

Me and Lisa went to high school together. She was two grades ahead of me. We never hung out much, although I wish we had, because she is a real sweetie. Here's something interesting: I've seen South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut in the theater twice - both the day after it came out, and at the midnight Trey-n-Matt-a-thon at the Nickelodeon theater. The funny thing is, I ran into Lisa in the theater both of the times when I saw it! That's one memory of Lisa I'll always cherish, especially when I watch SP:BLU.

Seeing her on TV was exciting for me, but I prefer spending time with her in person. She's one of the few Idol rejects who actually has potential. I wish her the best of luck in pursuing her career.
