So this is something that kind of popped in my head after @Oscarfan made an article on the Muppet wiki on Muppet media referencing/joking on the myth of getting warts from touching frogs or toads.

It makes me curious - because I have a bad frog and toad phobia, I refuse to ever make any physical contact with them unless you paid me good money. But has anyone here ever had an instance of getting a wart from touching either amphibian?

I've heard more stories of toads giving warts because of their rough skin, whereas frogs are less likely since they have a smoother moist one (ugh... I get grossed out just thinking of the fact that they create a mucus to breathe above water on their skin. ).

Why do a lot of teenagers call themselves "trash"? I just don't get it.

Probably cause they're in that phase of "I'm a teenager and my life is so hard!!!!111!!!!"

I guess it's that general lack of confidence and undue amount of self-criticism that most teens experience at some point. "Trash" sounds more harsh than they usually intend though.

Recently, I've watched the Lamb Chop's Play-Along theme online. I watched it in a video of a full episode and as a stand-alone clip, and noticed in both that there's a different bridge section with Shari Lewis sings encouraging people to do certain activities. In one she encourages the viewers to make a muscle, in the other she tells the viewers to bounce around.

It's been a long time since I last watched the show, but was this section rotated from episode to episode (maybe there were more portions that rotated) or was it a season change? Seems like the kinda thing that would be different from episode to episode (similar to The Mickey Mouse Club's gong openings, The Simpsons' couch gags, and The Muppet Show's Fozzie joke/Gonzo hitting the gong/Gonzo blowing the horn/Statler and Waldorf remarks), but I looked at TV Tropes and didn't see the "couch gag" trope listed there. I'd like to think that I'd remember if it regularly changed but until watching this again I didn't remember this part (and it does feel slightly familiar now).

I think about that a lot, actually. And how did they communicate certain words or ideas when they only had words for a few things?
