How come It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown isn’t being shown on TV this year?

Just curious, does anyone happen to know how much $35 in 2001 would be in today's money?

I didn't even know ADVENTURE TIME ended, but apparently it's only been a couple of years ago, and they're already coming back with reunion specials; John DiMaggio's even going on about how he's moved onto other things since then and how good it feels to be going back as if it's been ages ago.

On another note . . . how come that show got ten seasons? Even good CN hits like Dexter, PPG, EEE, and KND never went beyond a sixth season, and those were CN's juggernauts back in the day.
As someone who just flat out stopped watching Adventure Time by season 5, a lot of it was just filler and repeated storylines by then.

Off-topic, but on a related note, John DiMaggio's one of those voice actors who has such a limited range . . . I swear, almost all of his voices sound like variations of Bender or Jake . . . he could've been a Muppet Performer back in the day! :stick_out_tongue:

To me, range doesn’t matter as long as you can make the character enjoyable and your voice fits.

Other actors out there like Steve Blum, Cree Summer, Maurice Lamarche and Jeff Bennett have pretty limited ranges, but all great actors none the less.

Good point. I mean, I love H. Jon Benjamin’s voice so much, I don’t care that all his characters sound the same.
