Well, the reason I said don't ask is cause It's a bit complicated. It has nothing to do with sex. D-Block is orginally a hip-hop group, but at my school a group of people I know that are in the same hallway called ourselves D-Block and we post up on the wall in our 'D-Block' hall. And D-Block in the pic is the hand thing I'm making it's our hand sign we put up at school events anfd when we are in the hall. But I'm afraid those days are about over with. And I have never heard of G-Block.

How about it means (Just guessing) G-Block= Gossip-Block a section (block) of news having to do with entertainment gossip.
