Nice find! Most fans aren't familiar with Season 3 so everyone will enjoy these.

Hopefully more clips and episodes will continue to surface.

I don't get why they made these if they weren't airing in America anywhere. Were international distributors clamoring for more?

I also don't get the like frames they add to certain inserts and not others. Was this produced in widescreen? I can get it for that reason, but even so, some inserts are shown in full-screen before/after being framed and others aren't even given a frame.

If Sesame Workshop were to do a fourth season of Play with Me Sesame, maybe they would shorten the episodes down to about 11 to 13 minutes similar to how they did on 3-2-1 Let's Go!.
