Yeah this time of year is even more crazy, it sounds like it was just a inmature kid working the counter. There's no reason for it at all, but I wouldn't let it get you down. You've got more where it counts! And i know you know that as well!
Hey Zack!Yep...I got it,and thanks!
At first I was going to chalk up the imbecile's nastiness to the pressures of working on one of the busiest days of the year. But I'm sorry...he had no excuse. Needless to say, here in FL. there are customers that are senior citizens. He would need to have patience with them as well.
Hey, handicapped or not handycapped, it doesn't matter. He hurt your feelings and no one should be treated the way you were. We don't feel bad because you have a disability. We feel bad because you are our friend and we genuinely care about you a lot.
Everybody has problems and obsticals to overcome, and what's simple for one person could be nearly impossible for someone else. It's what make each person unique and special in their own divine way. I think it's great that you have come to terms with your condition and learned to accept yourself for who you are. It took me a long time to accept my Epilepsy, but now I see it as a part of me that I would just not be me without. That being said, it still doesn't mean I don't have my "down days", like you just did. The important thing is that you don't let it keep you down! Remember, Katzi, for every jerk who may push you down, there are all of us, as well as your other friends who will be there to catch you and lift you back up! Keep smiling, and remember your always among friends here! Hugs from all of us!
