A palindrome is a word or phrase that is the same backwards and forwards. My screen name is a good example. Another example is what happened down in Central America a while ago A MAN A PLAN A CANAL PANAMA. Now that you have the idea, post a few and have fun

Shouldn't your second i be an a?

All Simpsons fans should know "rise to vote, sir" and Otto is like Otto spelled backwards. (That's one pallindrome you won't be hearing.)

My favourite is 'racecar'.
Edit: Okay, it's only one word long, but still.

RedDragon, the B is the letter in the middle. You can still have a palindrome with an odd amount of letters, just the letter in the very centre naturally won't be repeated.

You're right I missed that typo when I put it through I took the name from the book The World Of The Dark Crystal It's translated in my signature. I will be changing it this week. Thanks it's hard to spell something like that right on the first try.
