1. who are your top five favorite/ least favorite figures?
Favourites - Animal, Floyd, Janice, Johnny Fiama, Pops
Least Favourites - Tux Fozzie, Miss Piggy, Lew Zealand, Hogthrob, Strangepork
2. were any figures better/ worse than you expected?
S9 Swedish Chef was way better than expected. I just thought they just made it so people who didn't want the whole Kitchen set but just the figure could get something. Now I realize that he is a great figure. Awesome articulation, sculpt, and accessories. Tux Fozzie was worse--leagues worse. His hat wouldn't go on right, the book was too small to read, and the paint was smudged on Fozzie and on the Book...I had high hopes for him, and he was the biggest letdown any toy line did for me. Also, Lips was worse. I was thinking--yes, another addition to the band. Sweet, he's got a trumpet, and Javas...I'm going to love it! However, the paint was wet on Lips, and when I took him out he smudged all over, and there is now a small black thumprint on his belly. It's small, but noticeable. The paint on the Javas was wet as well, and smudged. This was a WHITE SHIRT Lips, too, which was the most disappointing part of it.
3. which mega was your favorite/ least favorite?
Animal was pretty rad, never got the others, but they looked great. I don't think I would have disliked any of them...maybe Camilla.
4. what exclusives were your favorite/ least favorite?
Tux Gonzo and Bernice, hands down. Great sculpt, paint, articulation, accessories. The only downside was the price, but it was clearly worth the extra. Culinary Catastrophe Swedish Chef was great, too. The lobster banditos were some of the best accessories throughtout the line's run.
5. what minis are your favorite/ least favorite?
Doglion and Swedish Chef. I really like the packaging on the individuals.
6. what is your favorite/ least favorite playset?
Least favourite?? Don't think that's possible... The Lab set is great (glad I never got that supposed "goo", heh) and Beaker is so awesome. There are so many cool scenes you can create with it, and I'll never get tired of it. The Kitchen is AMAZING, just downright AMAZING. Words can't really describe my love to it. Swinetrek was a nice follow-up, and was astonishing in it's own way, but needed accessories. While all of these sets are sweet, I'd have to say, being the music geek that I am, I'd say my favourite is Animal's drum kit. I love the idea of having that mini band of Muppet figures. The EM stage is killer.
7. what give-away was your favorite/ least favorite?
Never got any, wanted Gold Tux Gozo, he looks nifty.
8. do you own every Muppets release from palisades?
Heavens no.
9. do you own every package variations?
See above.
10. what is one muppet production (not in palisades contract) that you would have liked to have been included in the line?
Muppets Cristmas Carol. The minis in 6" scale would have been amazing.
11. wat is your favorite/ least favorite repaint?
I personally don't like the idea of variants/repaints, and therefore my answer is "N/A".
12. what are your favorite non-pack-in accessories?
Piano and the rest of the instruments.
13. what is your favorite pack-in figure?
Camilla.
14. who are four characters you wish we could have gotten?
Bean Bunny, Bobo, Dr. Bob, and Sal. Soooooooo cliched.
15. of the characters planned for 2005, which one are you most upset over not
getting?
I'm not upset about anything, Palisades gave us all they could and I could not ask for more.
16. of the officially unannounced-for-release figures, which one do you wish we could have gotten?
Vet's Hospital.
17. if you could change one thing about the line, what would it be?
Had the whole run with clamshells.
Favourites - Animal, Floyd, Janice, Johnny Fiama, Pops
Least Favourites - Tux Fozzie, Miss Piggy, Lew Zealand, Hogthrob, Strangepork
