BEAR and I actually didn't start off on the right foot, and I had to publicly apologize to him, now fortunately, we both respect and enjoy each other!

Oh my gosh! You'd have to remind me of this, Dave. Did I anger you in some way? I feel like I started out as one of those annoying new members who thought he knew everything. I certainly never meant to come across that way. I feel so bad now! I also feel kinda bad that I am not remembering this. Then again, it's better to remember the goodtimes than the bad. You know I like you a lot, Dave! One of my favorites here!! Get over here and give me a hug, you ol' coot!

By the way, this is a neat thread and it's fun to read everyone's responses. I'd like to post some answers soon too but I'll have to take some time to think. Even though it's been a year and a half, that's still a lot of history to go through.

That's what I'm talkin' about! I always thought you either joined years before me or long after me, Snowth; but I saw that we both joined around near the same time. I'm glad you've tuck around so long too, man; and I hope you will for years to come! Don't get a life, they're overrated.

As for who has touched my life here, Dave, you were the very first person to answer my very first post! Congradulations! I also think you're one of the coolist people here, and right here in the happiest and saddist moments to lend laughter or support.

Really!? I was!? Oh you! Whenever I see that you've posted, I get all excited. I'm glad I can support your happiness and laugh at your saddness, or whichever facakta way you'll have it.

Secondly, you are AWESOME! I feel so honored to be considered one of the "cool" people here in your opinion. Seriously though, you are a wonderful friend, I look forward to not only your great art work but reading your thoughtful posts on many different subjects. I'm so glad to have met you on this board!

Aw, Beth... I know a LOT of people are with me when they consider you one of the "cool" people. I always look forward to your posts in particular in the visuals to make sure I get your seal of approval. You rock, Beth and I'm so honored your one of my best MC friends.

I'll admit, the post count was intimidating to me, but once I started talking to the "big ones" I found them to be friendly and welcoming and suddenly, post count didn't matter at all.

I know exactly how you feel. I looked at Beau and JediX and others like celebritys! And when Byron started talking to me, I was all star struck and like "This guy is the star of the legendary hot tub incident!" Lol, if you're reading this, man; you're awesome!

Oh no, my main Bear bro! It was me who was in the wrong! I remember like it was last December... actually it was last December; MWoO had just come on the scene and one particular member (who will remain nameless to whom this day still tends to know how to push my buttons) was goading me into a state of anger and it flowed over toward the fantastic Bryan, of whom I offended and never meant to. Thankfully the level headed Beau put me in my place and I realized that good ol' BEAR didn't need that kind of unsatisfactory welcome wagon and I've enjoyed him ever since. (((BEAR HUGS))) Plus I always thought it was cool that BEAR's representin' the west coast while I represent the east.

But this isn't another mush fest where we all hug and throw penguins and drink some root beers, nor is a "I miss so-and-so" thread; although those posts are welcomed and appreciated. I'm just always so intrigued by how many people come and go.

I arrived a just a little before the likes of theprawncracker, unclematt, MrsPepper, TotallySpiesFan, redBoobergurl and thatannouncer so seemingly it was a good time for people to omit spaces in their names and use all lowercase.

The first person I started talking to was Beauregard - just before I joined MopFam – followed by Vibs and minidoozer (three people who now know in person) then Dan, Prawn, Christy, Together Again, Red Dragon and occasionally Lucy. These are the people you aught to blame as my MC post rate has never recovered since I discovered MSN.

The future? Well I’d hope to keep popping in with my occasional posts – particularly in the Moppet Family seen as I have just returned.

Whew, wonderful post, you are an awesome member Vic. Fer sure. Basically I am in the freshman class of 2003 *whew* right along with Pino, KrazedMuppet, and the rest I don't even know! *blinks* I have been here about 4 years... wow, I feel old.

Who was in your freshman class? Well, people are right that I joined around the same time as Prawnie and many others, and I remember talking to them, but I know that for me, because I was new, I didn't necessarily talk to all these people right away. I was still getting used to the whole forum thing. I remember the reason that i really started posting like crazy was because new members like prawnie, TA, Toga, etc. were really ripping through MC and having a ball, and I wanted to as well! But the people who I remember clicking with in the beginning were D'Snowth, That Announcer, and Vic Romano.

What top posters/popular members were kind to you/posted back and forth with you? I remember when Prawnie and I started posting together, that I was really excited because he's a big forum presence, imho. Through that, I eventually talked to Beau, Toga, and the Count as well! The Count was always very welcoing and stuff, he invited me to join the dorms (which I don't really post on because I'm hardly around anymore). Not intimidating at all, as NewbiePepper thought! Also beaker and I discovered we've got similar interests, so we converse back and forth as well. Kimp and I used to post alot in the games, too.

What new members did you welcome that have stayed? I remember welcoming Bear. Well, it was less of a welcome and more of a spite thing... I don't remember why, but I'm pretty sure we had a disagreement right off the bat, because I remember being annoyed with you. But then we started getting along and realised how fighting is totally pointless. And that we're both very nice! I also remember welcoming Superfan, who whenever she's around, always has time to send me a post or message!

What will your future hold? Well, hopefully alot more merch than what I've got now... lol! All jokes aside, I'd really like to stick around and see what the future does hold. I don't know, but I hope it's more MC members, because all of you guys are really great. There are people who I know from conversation but don't know super well, even long timers, with whom it would be great to talk to. <3 MC!

Who was in your freshman class? Well, I got here early (after Delphi though, sadly, so I will always feel I missed something ) But I'm lucky enough to be on the 3rd page of members (chronologically) but under the username "Bovegard" that was pre my Muppet name spelling tutors took me in hand...In fact, I'm two below Kev and two above Jackie. BUT! They were the big guys in my day...but I really can't specifically pick out any members who joined at the same time as me (except possibly Billy's Girl, I don't know if she transfered from Delphi or not)...however, I only came into my own at MC in the following year when good friends such as Barry Lee, Kyle, and aaron arrived.

What top posters/popular members were kind to you/posted back and forth with you? I always had this HUGE hero worship for Kev/Fozzie Bear because I saw him at Delphi back when he was "FOZZI3 B3AR" and I always wanted to talk to him. Luckily, he was a great guy! Others were Jackie, Emmy, and Byron who accepted me into the BBB, Luke and Crazy Harry who accepted me at the tubs, and others such as Radionate and Luke. - One specific opposite though, was WiGgY who frightened me so much when I first arrived by laughing at my Bovegard spelling of Beauregard...tsk!

What new members did you welcome that have stayed? I confess that I have never been a great one to welcome new members with open arms, but I remember welcoming Beebers and, much later, Christy.

What will your future hold? All manner of mess, no doubt, because I can't go for more than a year without causing something of an all-MC out riot...but I can certainly attempt to behave myself. I'll still be here in a year's time no doubt, posting away, and watching my life (huh?) trickle by, while living my life here with my greatest friends.

EDIT: *headslap* I totally forgot to say congratulations to the Vicster for 3 years in the assylam! Following an incident in the Mp3 thread a while back, Vic's fast become the coolest guy I know, and a man I look up to...even though, technically, he's my son...or...something...
