If you're looking for an extra opinion, the pupils are in different positions, and the hairline is slightly off center. But I don't know this guy so apologies in advance if he has these features in real life! I'm sure you could tailor his costume to fit a bit better if you want to, you gotz the skillz.

Yeah, I'm going to go with Conor's stance of "I don't know the guy" and if you've changed it, then my critique might be null anyway...

My one thought is that, since we see humans in the mirror everyday, our level of perfection necessary for a human is SO much greater to have it look "right" to us, than it would be for anything else. Add to that that this is an actual person that you know & it goes up even more.

At first glance (and even 2nd and third) he looks great.

Can you post an updated photo?

Also, there is that 'uncanny gap' too. If you get it too perfect it starts looking fake. That being said. I think it looks great.

sorry. i don't mean to be brutal.

(But hey! I've got a new signature quote now!)

And the most recent picture looks a lot better.

I forget who said it or where I first heard it, but someone said "Art is never finished, only abandoned."

Nice job, Doug! I find him to be a welcoming character, and I would have fun watching him in action. Plus, I can imagine that children would find him to be cool, too! Great work!
