I'm a gigantic fan of Wes Anderson's films (Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou), so naturally I'm looking forward to his next outing, The Darjeeling Limited. It stars Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, and Jason Schwartzman as three disconnected brothers who take a train, The Darjeeling Limited, across India in order to re-bond after their father's death.

I saw Hot Rod on Sunday. I was kinda nervous cuz I wasn't in the mood for a comedy. A group of my friends and I go to a movie ever Sunday. Majority rules no matter what. Majority of my friends are heterosexual (no offense) guys in their early 20s so that movie won. I thought it'd be kinda like Ha Ha Funny. You know. A laugh here. A snicker there. A chuckle ever now and again.
BOY! Was I wrong! It was hilarious! I cried at least three times from laughing so hard! That's never happened to me before in the theater! My roommate said it best..."That's the best dumb humor movie I've EVER seen!" :excited:

I'd rather see Underdog. And I would rather be ripped apart by ravenous wolves slowly so it doesn't kill me right away than see Underdog.

It seems like I could just pop in "The Extreme adventures of Super Dave" and get the same effect, only funnier.

We went and saw Sicko the other day, which was both entertaining and infuriating (just the way a Michael Moore film should be). Then I took in the Simpsons Movie for the second time. It really holds up! I think it might even have been funnier the second time because I wasn't judging it.

I usually don't judge a moving on the first time seeing it. Then I usually pick it apart, then I usually can just sit back and enjoy it again. In less it hold up in the first place and it just does every time you see it.

But I want to see hot rod myself. I like Andy Sandburg!

That is if I ever do get a chance to. But when and if I do, I sure will let you know about it.
