I found a surprisingly high number of people that like Scrappy. I hate him too. But then again, he was on at least 3 series, including 13 Ghosts (I think, never saw it).

Yes, he was in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, as well as being in pratically nearly every animated Scooby film that came before Zombie Island and even in the first live-action Scooby film as the villain (which is a nod to the hatred some fans have of him).
