Byron seems to be avoiding this thread, no that he doesn't have good reason to.

Thanks. Last summer I hit a squirrel and I felt awful about that!! I wouldn't drive on the road so I wouldn't have to see the poor thing. I think the thing that sucks the most is that the cat was somebody's pet, and I know how upset I'd be if one of my little guys got hit. It's only Tuesday and my week is already shot. On Monday my car broke down, and today before the cat incident, I had to get blood drawn. The blood thing wouldn't be so bad if I didn't hate needles so much, and it didn't take them two tries.
:smirk: :frown:
How are you doing now? I hope you are feeling lots better!! I have to get blood drawn this coming Monday, too, and I am not looking forward to it, either. But in the meantime, I hope your week has improved!!

Today I feel absolutly awful! On my way to class (which is about 40 minutes from my house) I was stuck in awful snowy weather. I was behind a semi doing about 40mph on the high way and kicking up all kinds of snow in my face. Out of nowhere a cat appears in the middle of the highway and I hit it! I felt so awful that I bawled the rest of the way to class. I just needed to throw this out and I was hoping to get a few needed words of sympathy. To make matters worse I'm a cat lover with three of my own.
Awww sara! In the cosmic universe of things, find solace and comfort in the fact that your love of all things neko(japanese for cat, yay for my mad language skills) more than makes up for any 'wardrobe malfunctions'.
The snow in your face part, ack! Im just glad ya didnt end up like this guy!

But reading the first part of yer post, I was reminded of that one scene in MFC where that car get smud on Piggy's face...errr...tho snow...I havent seen snow since MFC first aired!

It's not your fault, these things happen. you can't always avoid every animal.
true, the thing with cats is that they panick and start running from one side to another and rabbit's start crossing the round at absolutly the last minute.

My parents live in the countryside, and I ahven't hit one yet, but it's bound to happen sometimes...

Ah no! I hit a cat once... I ran over it by bicycle in the dark. It ran away though and I started looking for people who lived near to see who it belonged to, I felt awful.

hugs for sarajayne
