Genuinely why is Frazzle releasing so early in the line?
Because Trevor Xamot who is in charge of the line has said he's a huge fan of the character. That plus it was an unplanned early reveal that equates to an outright "oops!". But I'm glad he's part of the line, the only one announced so far that was never part of Palisades proposed lineup.

It also looks like Frazzle reuses a lot of parts from Herry Monster. So, he should be a relatively easy and cheap figure for NECA to produce. Have they said when Frazzle will be coming out? My impression was that he is not slated until much later and was just accidentally shown early. I think there could potentially be several unshown figures, plus the shown figures, out before Frazzle comes out. Who knows?

Initially it was said in this thread at last year's NY Comic Con that both Frazzle and Sherlock would be released in Q3 2026, but I'm thinking that got pushed back to whenever the lineup would correlate in 2027 instead if we're getting Super Grover, Big Bird, and then only Oscar after that in late Q4 of this year.
