I think Vibs was referring to her alter ego, the Joke Killar.

And Vibs... I honestly don't know what to tell you, except... <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<HUGS!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I'm sorry you're upset about your mother's new interest. My advice is to ask to meet him, but only when you're ready, of course. After that, weather you like him or not, tell her your uncertainties, and hopefully, she can help you. On second thaught, you might want to tell her these things before you meet him, and she can help prepare you.
Please tell us how this works out over the next several months.

Good luck,
Kate

Ok.. Vibs, I`ve just ran into this post and understand you whole-heartly... Ndah, it`s really KYRDAGG*ish, and if I were you, I`d just engag that beau (no, no, I don`t mean BEAU-Gardylardy, certainly not!) into a good fight! Fair! I can it! My aunt long ago used to hook up with someone too, but I cut it all off quickly. And whatcha`think? - She stopped all tries. Though I didn`t fight anyone, just mocked this theme everywhere, until get a result I need.

I really pity you, pal.

*KYRDAGG is a curse I made up; dunno what does it mean, but sometimes it`s helpful.

... yes. Can you believe it?! I can't. I just... I mean... okay I'll start from the beginning:

You know my parents just or well 3 months ago got a divorce. And now my mum's got a new man. Well, not a man but a boyfriend... and I don't wanna believe it. She just told me at the dinnertable. So I just ran up here in my room, locked the door and started... freaking out. And the worst thing was that my mum looked so darn happy when she said it!!

I know it may sound selfish but she is NOT going to get a new man, I already hate him. I can't believe this. Not for a bit. Why do parents have to be like that? Hurting their children over and over again? Like the divorce wasn't hard enough. I don't ever want to meet this guy never never never!!!! Frankly, I don't know what to do. I used to have a perfect life, now everything except my friends seems sooo... I dunno. I don't want people to think about my mother as some terrable woman who hurts her kid, but right now that's the only way I see her. And I know she's not like that but...

... Have any of you tried this? And what on earth did you do?

~Vibs.
don't think how you feel it selfish. something must of gone wrong to let up to your parents divorce especially since they were probably married for a long time and chose not to work out their problems and unfortunatly divorce is all to common these days.
