Interesting thoughts...I didn't realize there were so many! Any thoughts on the Bear? I can't seem to think of any times I've seen the full-body version turned around on us for any reason... :embarrassed:
Muppet Movie, scene, Electric Mayhem introducing themselves, when it's Scooter's turn, Fozzie and Kermit are seen from behind and above as full bodied puppets. No tail.

Robin had a tail in Muppet Babies.
All the Skesis have tails.
Camilla has a tail.
Almost all the members from Dinosaurs had tails. Leon has a tail, as does Benny Rabbit.

Roger Langridge draws Fozzie with a tail. Thankfully Amy doesn't.

Henson Co seemed to go back and forth as to whether Rowlf has one or not.

Uncle Deadly has a tail, according to an artist rendering (from which source, I know not) and the action figure. Never pictured him with a tail, or talons for that matter, based on the puppet.
