I'm confident that Matt will perform Strangepork. He has taken over the majority of Jerry's characters in the past.

I was just thinking about this last night while watching "I Am Big Bird". When Matt is being interviewed you can see some Muppet toys on the shelf behind him, and they all appear to be characters that he performs. Strangepork is among them.
