If we win the pageant maybe the prize will be an all-expense paid trip for two to the 2003 Muppet Fest. And then we can throw disgraceful lines at each other face-to-face

Yeah but didn't EMTV sell off the rights for the Sesame Muppet characters to Sesame Workshop AFTER last years Muppetfest ?

MATT :-

An Electric Mayhem concert would be a superb idea ! Maybe that could be a major part of the live show this year.

Thanks Phillip - so much happens i can't keep track of the Sesame stuff as well. Hmmm so it is very possible to have Sesame there, i agree it'd be very nice to see Big Bird and the Crew. It'd be cool if they could do the whole live show this time around like 'Muppet Family Christmas' - Muppets, Sesame and some kind of Fraggle appearance, however small, if they can get it together.

And Electric Mayhem concert would ROCK! Even if they did a previously recorded song it would ROCK!

Yes! And there could be coordinated lights, and smoke machines, and a giant mosh pit....well, maybe not a mosh pit...But for me, being Teeth is my second favorite Muppet, just to hear "Can You Picture That" live, would be my dream come true. And hey, maybe they can do some covers! Or make some new original songs!!!

BAM! ROCK N ROLL MUPPETFEST BABY! <<<

Well folks, thats why I wish ya could have been to the live muppet show last year, as that is *exactly* what happened, a performance of Can You Picture That by Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. I can now say Ive seen electric mayhem in concert(well, one song) and believe you me, it was like I was a little kid again. Ok, I was a little kid again that whole weekend...but yeah to have mayhem again would be great.

man, that is one of the best ideas youve had so far! With the exception of Elmo being part of the live show, there were no other non muppet show characters last year. It would be really something to have a big ol crossover like this. But I would like to make one correction...it would be MuppetShow(Kermit, Pepe, Gonzo, etc), Sesame Street(Telly, Ernie, Bert, Elmo, Big Bird, Cookie, etc), and Bear in the Big Blue House it would happen..NOT FR(see the threads about rebuilding) Those are the three main franchises in JHC land, so thats what I would envision.
Then again they brought out the two bossmen for the final song of the live show, so who knows who they'll pull out from the past.

But keep those great ideas coming!
