I remember playing with a Toy Sesame Street Phone when I was a child. It was a play phone with the characters associated with each button on the phone pad that would talk to you.

I wonder, did they ever make anything like this with the Muppets (Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Scooter, Rowlf, Gonzo, etc...)?

Scarecroe:

They did! Except, it was pink and a Miss Piggy phone. You Could talk to all the regular characters. It's pretty rare, but I've seen it on ebay one or twice.

I bought an Elmo Sesame Street cell phone for the Toys 4 Tots kiddies last Christmas. This wasn't your ordinary run of the mill tin cans on string. Oh, no. The phone rang, Elmo answered and quacked off a whole slew of phrases. Too bad I can't actually call it to find out how they liked it. But I'm sure the kids loved it. I know I did.
