Ok, a few things I require before I move in:

The biggest room. I have a lotta stuff and need my private space. I decided I don't want to sleep in no bunk beds!

My kitty won't get along with no Killer Rabbit, so the bad bunny has to stay in a cage.

I call top bunk since Nate dosen't want it anymore. If you want the bigger room, you have to pay the bigger share of the rent.

You know I was thinking. After nights like last night, and the mornings that follow, like this morning....it could be rather hard to get in and out of that upper bunk. Maybe I will take the big bed next to you!
