I was going to mention Sweetums and Robin, too. They really work well together, even if they've only really been paired up three times.

Other than The Frog Prince, the "Two Lost Souls" number from The Muppet Show, and that brief scene in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie, they've only been paired off in books.

I love Floyd & Janice. they didn't get much air time to be like a comedy duo, but they were still good together.

and I love Pepe with anyone.

Ha ha, I dig Fozzie/Kermit, or Fozzie/Rowlf (however, I think they only did that a few times in some skits, not too sure..)!

Because they're the ones I grew up watching the most, Gonzo and Rizzo. It's an unusual pairing, but one that works fabulously. I think it's the best thing to happen to the Muppets post-Jim.
