On mythbusters jaws special, they were building a big shark head, and said the material they were using is the same stuff the muppets were made out of. Later, they refer to the shark head as their "shark muppet"

I am assuming that this sketch was from Wonder Showzen(that show on MTV 2 which is a dark, twisted takeoff on Sesame Street), but here it is:

It's a PSA about the Avian flu, and there is a red bird(puppet)named Burt Flu: the Bird with Bird Flu. Throughout the clip Burt teaches us about what the disease is, how not to get it/what to do etc. Anyway, he then tells us that his brother "Big Bird" Flu will give us more details/Do's and Don'ts and it cuts to a park, and there is "Big Bird" Flu(full-body character, like BB)almost featherless, coughing and then dies...without giving the lecture as Burt said he would, and so he continues.

You can see the video here:

In the pilot episode of Wonder Showzen, there is a doctor who looks a lot like Bunsen Honeydew...with eyes.

And a mustache.

To see the clip, go to You Tube and find "Kidz Show"(it's almost at the very end of the episode)

Hers a quote from the simpsons I found

Bart: Dad, what's a Muppet?
Homer: Well, it's not quite a mop, not quite a puppet, but man... (laughs, then pauses) So, to answer you question, I don't know.

More simpsons references-You'll be lost but hey, figureed I'd post
Episode AABF16 The Old Man and the "C" Student-Refernce to Rizzo
Episode CABF03 The Great Money Caper-Title spoof of the Great Muppet caper

Last night on the "King of Queens", Robert Goulet is telling Doug about the time he worked with Jamie Lee Curtis on a muppet special. He says they sang a song with Fozzie Bear. Don't know if it's true, but that was a funny reference.

Well SORRY! I'm Sure a mod can delete it! But theres no reason to get snappy! But do you really think I would read all 312 pages? Sure, maybe I should have looked more carefully, but really, was there any need to yell?
