Baby Scooter's idea sparked this 'un:

Someone posts the Declaration, the next post has to guess whose Declaration it is. If they are correct they get to post the next Declaration. If they are wrong, they have to write a speech for the character who was the correct answer explaining why the Declaration has happened (OUCH!).

The poster posts:

The Decree: "I hereby decree that nobody shall be allowed to build a street in the middle of the road."

The response:

Answer:
Decreed by Kermit the Frog.

The Decree: "I hereby decree that all people shall at least once in their life be blown from a cannon."
