Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

(ooc: Wow. Not that I mind terribly...but...um...wow. We're not even showing "The Great Muppet Caper" anyways. XD But uh...cool direction with my characters, I guess. Just never really expected for all of us to break out into song like that.)

Sara: *Dabbing eyes.* I love that movie. And that song. Okay, next movie up is: "Muppets Christmas Carol" A nice way to get you feeling all warm and mooshy inside!

Scooter: *turning to Sara in the booth* Is mooshy a word?

Sara: Yes it is, I just made it up. Start the movie, honey.

Scooter: Okay. *Changes out the "Follow That Bird" reel for the "Muppets Christmas Carol" one.* There we go. *The movie starts almost immediately* Wow, such beautiful music.

Sara: *Smiles as it starts.*

Scooter: *Sees the rememberance shot.* I wonder who those guys are?

Sara: *hugs him tightly, and is already tearing up in the projection booth.* A couple of very sweet guys, Scooter.

Scooter: *looks at her.* Sara, you're crying already?

Sara: *Sniffles* It's just a very sweet touching movie!!! *blows nose gently, as the movie starts it's long drawn out pull over the Dickenision houses.*

 

[The Count]

*Waking up after sleeping in the moviehouse... Yeah, we sometimes brake into group song like that. Though I usually just have the Muppets who are the dorms, Kyle tends to bring in the other boarders into some of his song stylings. Well, hope you guys have a good time watching the rest of the movies, gotta get back to the dorms and get ready to leave for the campus.

*Gets the Count, both say their goodbyes, and leave back for the dorms.

Martin: This is a good second movie Bill. And it's going to be Easter soon not Christmas. But who says Chrissy movies only have to be watched at Chrissytime anyway.
Bill: You said it Martin. Have another Coke. (he hands one to Martin and takes another one for himself)
Martin: Thank you Bill. By the way Merry Easter.(chuckles)
Bill: I know that's half a silly joke and half a serious wish. So a very Merry Easter to you too Martin.

And they both sit back to watch MCC sipping their sodas

*Red and Mokey are sound asleep in room 3*
Beth: Well, I guess we stayed out a little too late for movie night last night. I should wake them up but I guess I'll let them sleep. It really was fun last night. Well, gotta get to work.
Red: Zzzzzzzzzzz
Mokey: Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Sara: *They're all finally trudging back after a night of movies and mayhem. Music filled the moviehouse till nearly 3 am.* I never thought we'd finish it...

Scooter: That was a good gig.

Sara: You're starting to sound more and more like Floyd every day, Scooter.

Scooter: So? I think he's pretty cool.

Jim: That really was good. Can't wait to do it again!

Jerry: I'm suprised Sara was able to sing that long.

Frank: I'm suprised she didn't lose her voice halfway through Over the Rainbow.

Scooter: You hit those high and low notes perfectly, Sara!

Sara: *is blushing now* Guys...man. I'm blushing now. Quit it.

Jerry: Play a few riffs for us, while we're coming inside!

Scooter: Yeah, I'll play with ya!

Sara: *Sara obliges, and starts to play a few quick short sweet riffs on her saxhorn, while Scooter is strumming his guitar as they enter the dorms.*

 

[BEAR]

Telly: Last night was so fun!
Rosita: Si, it sure was!
Telly: Can we do it agan soon, Bryan? Please please pleeeeaase!?
Bry: We will soon I am sure, Telly. I had fun too. Are you having birdkateers today, Big Bird?
Big Bird: Yeah, in a bit. We are going out by the pond today and meet the ducks.
Bry: Sounds good.

 

[The Count]

Actually... You might want to hold the meeting indoors today Big Bird, it's been raining a lot lately. Guess those are the Spring showers that bring the flowers that bloom in May.

Oh well, I'll be down in my room watching some shows. Knock if you need me.
UD: May we go and read more of Sara's new second story?
Sure, if she posts anything new. Oh, and don't forget to drop these off at Lisa's... Her birthday today you know.
*Hands Uncle Deadly a small bag with a copy of Greatest Muppet Hits for story inspiration.

Bill and Martin are both fast asleep after the end of the movie night.

Beth: Wait for me!
*they go to Lisa's room and give her birthday brownies, a card and a notebook with plenty of pens for all her writing endeavors*

Animal Jam: Man, Sara really had a good thing planned out when she schedueled movie night!
Ace Yu: She sure did. Say, maybe we should host something like that.
Animal Jam:That's a good idea, but what will it be about?
Ace Yu: how about a video game competition?
Animal Jam: Great! Let's decide on a prize and the games we are going to play.
Ace Yu:Here is the prize, the board game, Muppets Monopoly!
nimal Jam: And the games will be, "Muppet Racing", and "The Muppets: Chaos At The Carnival"!
Bubba: And I could serve beverages!(Non-alchohlic of course)
