... Yes, it made sense Rene... Though perhaps the dialogue with Scooter shouldn't be there.
Why you ask? Well...
It might be seen by others as controlling the roommate that's already with another person here at the dorms.
This has happened before, causing a bit of a rift. Though since T-Bird Chick hasn't been here since the anniversary, I'm not sure how she'd react to it. Best to just wait till Christmas day, if you remember my messages.

However, one of the times that it's OK for you to use another person's roommates are:
1 If that person has given you temporary permission to interact with their roomies.
2 When in a full-blown song/musical number, you can bring others in to sing various lines at a time.
Hope this helps, just helping out with a new friend learning the ropes.

Think I'll get to some cleaning up and decorating later today.

Boober: No problem, Kim. We're glad to help.
Tosh: *with a sticky bow stuck in her hair* Yeah, this is fun! And everything looks so pretty! Although I don't understand why you Silly Creatures wrap your presents.
Kim: It adds to the mystery, Tosh. There's nothing more exciting than seeing a wrapped package under the tree with your name on the tag, and wonder what could be in it.
Tosh: Oh, I see...I think.
Kim: Say, has anyone seen Gillis?
Gillis: *walks in* Sorry; I was in the lobby enjoying the singing.
Kim: You really love those Christmas carols, don't you Gil?

Well Prairie...I need to admit, I was having my doubts. But my dad knew how much I loved Christmas. And he's probably saying"Don't let the fact that I died stop you from celebrating Christmas."

I know. Let's finish putting these decorations up.

Yeah... It can be tough that first year Kath. Twill be the 13th anniversary of my dad's death this year... Good thing I got this place and finals to keep me occupied.

*Renee is puttering down in the kitchen, with a pink apron on over her usually stark black clothes.*

"Now how many eggs was that again?? Oh yeah, 4."

*She mixes this odd-looking concotion in a massive bowl. And when she thinks it's just right, she starts ladling them into cupcake molds. It makes about 10 pans worth. (I'm hoping we have a huge kitchen!) She pops the cupcakes into various ovens in the kitchen.*

"That's good for Chocolate-Cherry Cupcakes..Now...onto the main course!"

*She wipes her forehead with a small rag, she has flour all over her. She grabs a bag of cheese, some potatoes, some tofu beef, and some bread. She then makes Shepard Pie for everyone.*

"Traditional Christmas dinner that all of my friends can have and enjoy!"
