Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

*Beth walks into dormroom and finds Red and Prairie deep in conversation, they stop when she walks in*
Beth: Hey ladies, sorry if I interrupted something
Red: Oh it's ok, we were just talking about that thing for this weekend
Beth: Oh I see, do you need me to come back?
Red: Nope! We're done and ready to have fun!
Prairie: Thanks so much for inviting me! I have good news though.
Beth: What's that?
Prairie: Kathy's back!
Beth: She is!? That's great! She should come down and join us! The more the merrier!
Prairie: Well she said it was ok if I still came, but I think she would enjoy it
Beth: I've got lots of good movies like Pretty in Pink and The Wedding Singer and LOTS of popcorn. Plus we can do each other's nails and stuff like that
Red: Prairie go get her!
Prairie: Ok I will! *runs to room six to get Kathy to come down to sleepover*
Beth: Time for girly fun!

Dee: Hey everybody,how's it going? Well,I just added my Yahoo & AIM names to my profile,that way if anybody needs to chat(outside of the dorms);about life,problems,etc...now they can do so(should be working). I have a bit of a migraine right now,gonna take something for it.


Dr. Teeth: Good thing,this DSL.Now I can write & explore the 'net in no time at all.

Floyd: It is an added addition to being here at the dorms.

Dee: I wonder if they have any sign language sites online...hmmm....

Hey JFS, experimenting with DSL? It sure is great, been using it since last September. If you want something for that headache of yours, you might want some lime juice mixed into some coconut liquid like Kermit had that one time. Then again, a couple of medicine pills should do the trick also.
Gonna see if the hardboiled eggs are done. Rully like peeling them, it's kind of an art to me.
Count: "And I get to count them up as ve peel them."
You and me both pal, BTW: We're making 7-layer salad for dinner tonight if anyone wants some.
Hmmm, wonder how the sleepover at Beth's went last night. Certainly didn't keep us up seeing as how we're neighbors down here on Floor 1.
Oh well, have a good time at the dorms.

*Beth comes back to dorm after running some errands*
Beth: Hey Red, you're finally up! What time did you and Prairie fall asleep last night?
Red: I think around 5:00 this morning! I didn't get up until 1:00 this afternoon!
Beth: Yeah, Kathy and I tried to be really quiet this morning so we didn't wake you girls up
Red: We didn't keep you guys up last night did we?
Beth: Not at all. In fact Ed and the Count said they didn't hear us at all so it was fine
Red: That's good. I sure had fun though!
Beth: Me too! Good movies and the makeovers were fun too.
Red: I'm glad Kathy was able to join us!
Beth: Sounds like Ed's making a seven layer salad tonight, might stop down and have some before going to Good Friday mass
Red: That sounds yummy! What time do you have to leave?
Beth: Not until 6:15, we'd have plenty of time
Red: That's good!

OK, the salad's almost ready. The thing about making the salad is that you prepare it in layers and store it in the fridge till serving time.
The layers are chopped lettuce done by hand, peeled and sliced onions, peas, mayonnaise, ppeled and sliced hardboiled eggs, bacon either pieces of bacon strips or little bacon bits, and parmessan cheese.
When it's served, that's when the salad layers get all mixed up and makes for a delicious meal. If you prefer, there's still some leftover codfish in the fridge and some French bread. You could make yourselves some sandwiches if you prefer.

Dee: Hey Count,let me know if you need any help;with Easter festivities here at the dorms,there should be plenty of things that need to be done: baskets,bread,sugar cookies.Maybe we can have some Easter pinatas too.My migraine is better,took something for it & ate.<Drinking hot chocolate>

*laughing* Prairie...it may be easy for Kermit to be green,but not me. Sorry! That sparkly hot pink polish you put on my nails looks pretty though.

But I'm not getting rid of the red dye in my hair. Red & I thought it'd be fun to look like twins.

Thanks for the offer D. Remember though, I have two surprises planned for Easter for all of us here at the dorms. But if you like, you can take care of the baskets and bread and decorations. *Whispering: Just leave the hiding of the yolk spheres to me.
