EXPLANATION FROM ME FIRST:
My dad is kind enough to let me use his computer,but for only limited amounts of time.So I can't come in MCDorms for long amounts of time.Beth (aka redbooberfraggle) you can still use Prairie while I'm not able to.
And Ed (Count) same goes for you with the "surprise" on Sunday

Prairie:KATHY!! I didn't think I'd hear from you!
Hey...I promised I'd be in touch right?
Prairie:Right.
And I never break my promises.
Prairie:I'm glad.I'm having so much fun with Beth & Red. Red & I did lunch yesterday & Thursday night we're having a sleepover in their room.
So you don't miss me?
Prairie:Oh Kath...of course I miss you,silly!When will you be back?
I'm hoping Monday but I can't make any promises,all right?
Prairie:All right. I'll call you soon.
Okey-doke.Have fun with Beth & Red.And tell everyone I said hi.

Beth: Hey Red, I invited Prairie over for a sleepover on Thursday
Red: Cool! I love sleepovers! What are we going to do?
Beth: Well, for starters I thought we'd rent a bunch of movies, pop popcorn and make hot chocolate and then I thought we could do makeovers and stuff
Red: As long as you don't want to dye my hair. I'm forever red!
Beth: I would never do that to you!
Red: Good! I think that sounds like fun. What movies are you thinking of getting?
Beth: Good old fashioned chick flicks like Dirty Dancing, Pretty In Pink and maybe the Wedding Singer.
Red: Cool, I've never seen any of those. Course, I haven't seen most of your movies!
Beth: Well we'll fix that!
Red: By the way, how was your dinner with your special someone?
Beth: It was really nice. He gave me some more Garfield movies so now I have them all!
Red: Awesome!
Beth: Speaking of, would you like to watch some with me?
Red: Sure, I don't have anything better to do!

Oscar: Says who?

Grover: You asked what to do, kyle told you could go clean out front.

Oscar: And I said I don't clean. I mess up.

Go mess up then.

Oscar: As you say sir..*slams lid*...*walks outside*....I HATE YOU KYLE!!!

Grover: What did you do?

I had Beauregard pour a bunch of trash outside.

*Hears bell at lobby desk ringing. Hmm, maybe it's someone new who wants to become a boarder here at the dorms.
*Goes up to lobby desk and meets Livcurtain.
Hello Livcurtain, so you wish to become a boarder here at the dorms? And who have you chosen as your Muppet roommate? Miss Piggy?
Well, sorry to have to say this, but Miss Piggy's already taken and rooming with FraggleRocker in Room #55. So, if you wish to be a new boarder here, you'll have to pick someone who hasn't been taken yet. Go back a couple of pages (Page 71 or 72 if you've got your settings to 30 posts per page like I do), and you'll find a list of the current register here at the dorms and who's taken by whom.
Then again, if you prefer, you can contact me directly via E-mail for a copy of who's been taken by whom as roomies already here at the dorms. Red: Not sure yet. I might just stay in bed all day!
Beth: Lucky you. Well, I have to work, then I'm coming home for awhile and then I have a really long rehearsal for choir tonight for all the Holy Week masses so I won't be around much today

Hey, hi, Liv! Glad you're joining us. Sure, I'm onyl around when I get a moments peace from trying to stop my roommate paint the room with polkadots...

...hmmm. Stripes are nicer...anyway....

From a distance, Beauregard watches. He slaps his forehead and wonders out to buy some stripey paint.

Hey guys, how's everything? Anything groovy happenin'?
Well, gonna order out to the seafood restaurant, might get a "serenata" buffet for anyone who wants to share dinner tonight. If noone wants any, that's cool, it'll go into the fridge as leftovers for tomorrow.
BTW: Serenata is boiled codfish with hardboiled eggs and raw veggies and tubers, quite delicious.

Oh yeah, before I forget... If anyone new might want to join the dorms as a new boarder, PLEASE contact me via E-mail first to OK your roommate choice(s) before posting. That way, it helps cut down on the number of people who come in attempting to join and get scared away when someone says their choice is already taken.

*Beth walks into room three and collapses on the bed*
Red: Hey there...you look kind of tired
Beth: I had a very loooong choir practice
Red: Did it go ok?
Beth: Yeah it was fine, just long. I'm exhausted. So what's been happening here?
Red: Not much. It's been so quiet with everyone on spring break. I took Prairie Dawn over to the pool. I'm going to teach her to do some simple dives.
Beth: That's nice of you. Has she been lonely?
Red: Yeah, but she's finding ways to keep herself busy. She's looking forward to our sleepover tomorrow.
Beth: That's good. Speaking of, I'm going to get to bed a little early so I'll be all rested up for tomorrow night
Red: I might do the same!

Hey guys... If anyone wants some serenata, it's here and you can serve yourselves. Basically, serenata is a traditional Puerto Rican dish made with codfish and tuber begetables. The codfish is boiled, along with the veggies and a little olive oil. Eggs are boiled and peeled and halved for the dish. Tomatoes and onions are prepared and served either raw or maybe with a slight boiling for the tomatoes. The tuber veggies in the dish include sweet potatoes, yams, yucca, and my mom sometimes adds pumpkin and other times yautia.
Thankfully, the yautia wasn't added this time, that's a dry-tasting tuber.
