[The Count]

Ed goes to his bookshelves to find an album where all of his Muppet video discs are kept, except for the special release box sets. While the Muppetcast's latest episode is still running on the computer, he sallies forth into the outer hallway, walking down to the end of the coridor before turning to knock on Room #7's door.

Hey Erin... Heard Scooter was a bit glum cause he couldn't be at the theater. So I thought I'd bring the theater to him, sort of. Here's all my Muppet discs, thought it best to bring the album over itself. The Muppet Show discs are the ones in front with the red tab, all first two seasons are there, with handfuls of episodes from the other three years. Hope it cheers him up and he's able to get better soon. Feel free to return it when you and the gang are finished watching all you want to watch, as there's some SST, MT, and various specials though mostly Christmas ones.

After handing over the album, Ed departs back to his room to go get his roomies up for some breakfast.

Erin: Wow, Ed...this is really kind of you. Thanks!
Nora: You know, maybe we ought to put him on the sofa in the common room. That way he'd be around us more.
Erin: Just what I was thinking. (goes into Scooter's room) Come on, Scooter, let's get you out onto the sofa.

(a short time later, Scooter is settled on the sofa with some books, music and a steaming mug of ginger tea)
Scooter: (looking over discs) Ed's got both seasons on here...and some of the best-of episodes.
Erin: Well, Ed said if you can't go to the theater, we'll bring the theater to you. And I think you can expect more company sometime today.

 

[Beakerfan]

Alex: Ok guys! The cupcakes are finished! *holds out a plate of cupcakes with smiley faces on them*
Sweetums: Allright! *goes to take one*
Alex: Sweetums! *swats his hand away* These are for Scooter, and you know it!
Sweetums: Aw, sorry!
Alex: Grab your things and lets head over there!
*Bean carries the cupcakes, Sweetums grabs the teddy bear, and Elmo takes the card as they all head over to Erin's room*

 

[Muppet Newsgirl]

Storyteller: (opening door) Oh, hi, everyone! (turns) Guys, it's Alex and Sweetums, and Bean and Elmo, too.
Scooter: Wait - Bean is here?
Nora: Scooter, maybe you should just let it slide for now. I mean, you're sick, and he wants to cheer you up.
Erin: Agreed - and even though we're risking Richard's wrath in doing so, we'll let Elmo in, too.

(up in heaven)
Jim: (chuckling) There's no escaping him, Richard...Richard?

(down here)
Scooter: (hugging the bear) Thanks, Sweetums, thanks a lot...hi, Bean...and thanks for the cupcakes.
Erin: Mind if I sneak one of those? I need a sugar rush. (gets one) Oh, thank heavens, it's chocolate.
Beige: And I think this one's got Doozer sticks in it...excellent. (eagerly chomps into it)
Scooter: (laughs wearily) Save some for me, okay? (to Elmo) Hi, Elmo, how's it going? (takes card) Thanks...wow, you're quite the artist.

(in kitchen, Nora is rummaging through the cabinets for something)
Richard: (mock-seriously) So is it true that you let the little red hairball in here?
Nora: What? Oh, hi, Richard. (laughs) Yes...and if you're here to see Scooter, he's in the common room.

(common room)
Storyteller: So, Alex, how's everything been going on your end - is everything okay?
Richard: (floating in) Where's my alter ego?
All: Hey, Richard...hi, Richard...how's it going, Richard, etc.
Richard: (hovering over sofa) Hi, Scooter...wow, you look like death warmed over.
Scooter: Look who's talking.
Richard: True, true. (starts making the rounds in the room) Hi, Sweetums, long time no see...and well, if it isn't Elmo.
Erin: Come on, Richard, we had to let him in. Everyone wanted to check on Scooter, make sure he was okay.
Richard: I know, I know - and that's okay with me.
Nora: (in kitchen) Erin, you want me to start a pot of tea or coffee or something?
Erin: Sure - and some hot chocolate for those who prefer.

 

[Beakerfan]

Alex: Hey Scoot! Erin, Nora, Beige, Storyteller *nods at each one* Richard! Good ta see ya again!
Sweetums: *mouth drops open* WHOA! He really does come around!
Alex: *rolls her eyes* I told you!
Sweetums: Man I missed you!
Bean: Hi Scooter! I hope you feel better soon!
Elmo: Oh hello Scooter! Elmo wants you to feel better, because it is not fun being sick. Dorothy says hi too! Hello Mr. Hunt!

PETER: Hey, it's nice in Room 8

LITTLE BIRD: I Like it here

ZOE: It is the best both of room 27 and 8 combined

BABY BEAR: And it's nice

PETER: Say, why don't we go to Everybody Eats, then go to the Pool, Okay!

ZOE: Okay!

 

[Muppet Newsgirl]

Richard: (in an affectionate tone) And hello yourself, you little red hairball. (to Sweetums) You still hanging around with Robin?
Nora: Erin! How do you work this samovar?
Erin: Hold the phone. (goes to kitchen) All right, this knob turns it on, this one adjusts the heat, this one is preset to the local classic rock station...
Nora: Really?
Erin: I wish. The cocoa mix is in the cabinet and the tea bags are in that canister on the counter. (starts the coffee pot, which belongs to Beige, and returns to common room) Guys, there's going to be coffee, tea and cocoa sometime in the next few minutes. What would everyone like?
Storyteller: Tea.
Beige: Coffee.
Richard: Coffee.
Scooter: Tea.
Erin: And I'm going in for tea as well...Alex, what would you and your pals like?

 

[BeakerSqueedom]

Claudia:
*Grumpy*
Didya pay a visit to Scooter, boys?

Bunsen:
Well, I just finished making him a card.

Beaker:
Meep!

Dr. Van Neuter:
What they said.

*All three decide to pay a visit with gifts, cards and things. Beaker
jumps at the voice of Mr. Hunt*

Beaker:
Meee?

Bunsen:
Sound familiar, Beakie?

Beaker:
Mmhmm! Meeepmeepmeeep!

Dr. Van Neuter:
Yah know, I miss all of em.

*Beaker knocks Erin's door*

[The Count]

*Bats send up a baggy of little fudge squares gotten at Penny Candyman's to Claudia in Room #22 to cheer her up.

Count: How did you manage to get those and the peppermint balls for the bats?
Me: Oh, it was simple... They were on special, at only eight cents per pound. *Chuckles lightly.

Claudia:
Omniscient are we?

*Giggles and gets the bag happily before feeding the bat a recently dead bug from one of Bunsen's jar--The juciest one yet*

*Nibbles on a sweet and gets some milk*

FUDGE N' MILK NIGHT FER MEEEEEE!

*Locks the door, turns off the light, and lights some candles*
*Puts the bag across from her*
