Muppet College Dorms: The Next Semester

Ryan: *blinks at Clifford who's sprawled out on his bed* What's up with you?
Clifford: Nothin', nothin' at all is up, I'm all down.
Ryan: Heh, what's wrong?
Clifford: Red. She's totally worn me out, dude.
Ryan: Ah ha. Where is she now?
Clifford: Out with Gonzo somewhere. I swear, between the two of them they'd have enough energy to light up the state of Kansas.
Ryan: Well, you get some rest, I'll try and keep them out all day, and we'll just put in a movie tonight.
Clifford: Good luck with that, dude.

 

[The Count]

The occupants of Room #1, along with their catty guest for the weekend are upstairs enjoying the light rain seated in some of the comfy chairs of the deck/gazebo. The falling droplets and breezing wind creates a delicious almost autumnlike climate. Three cups of pumpkin soup, three plates with Monte Cristo egg, ham, and mozzarella cheese sandwiches, and fanfic books in their laps... All are peacefully in some state of either half-napping or half-relaxing as the weather is very much to their liking from within the shelter of the wooden pavillion in the dorm's garden/patio area.

 

[The Count]

The Count and Wanda have gone to Rainbow Connections Moviehouse, hoping to run into Sara or Scooter there... In the meantime, Ed puts his headphones on and tunes in to the MC Radio station while continuing work on the massive Muppet list. Fatatatita, opting to stay indoors appeased by the coolness of the windswept rainstorm, curls up beneath Ed's computer desk playfully batting at his rubber slippers when he's not noticing her there. Secretly, he hopes that certain fanfic authors will come in during the wee hours of the night and post some updates, one ushgusher in particular...

Claudia:

Eddie has been quiet...

Bunsen:

You're just paranoid, as usual. The last time you said something similar Beakie and I merely gave you stares that accuratley expressed our utter embarrassment. I don't even think that homeless person has forgiven you for-

Claudia:

It was my first time seeing a homeless person. You know how overprotected I am of these things! I wanted to just observe him for awhile besides he was talking to a Dunkin' Doughnuts cup and well I wanted to-

Bunsen:

Were it not for Beaker, you'd be locked in the local garbage can smelling the common waste that people throw in before any of us would find you. The thought makes me laugh...you'd be squealing in disgust and start to take your anger out on the nearest innocent bystander.*Sees her frown* The look on your face tells me I should stop.

Claudia:

It did not take extensive research to figure that out.

Bunsen:

You are school smart but not street smart that was the point I was trying to make. Now, returning to our previous topic, Edward is at the Moviehouse where he is probably enjoying himself with some of his dear friends.

Claudia:

Bunnie...I-I-I XD I AM NOT STREET SMART? HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SAY THAT?

*Tries to look ghetto and totally up-to-date*

Bunsen:

Most of the students have told you that, not only Bunnie and please refrain from doing that posture! It makes you look very silly!

Claudia:
It's the suit I always wear to class isn't it?

Bunsen:

Most silliest thing I've ever heard since the first time I heard Beaker's way of communicating.

Beaker:

*GASP*

Bunsen:

Forget what I said Beakie! *Tries to console him*

Beaker:

MEEPMEEEPMEEEP! MEE?

Bunsen:

Well it is strange you must admit--wait! wait! come back!

Claudia:

*Giggles at their bickering* You two make a great couple.

 

[The Count]

Count, coming in through the door singing happily: Let a frown be your umbrella... On a rainy, rainy day...
Actually Claudia, Edvard stayed in his room tonight.
Wanda: Should we do something for him Count?
Count: No, he's gotten it in his mind he's got to finish this for once...
Wanda: Mmm... Well I'm sure he's OK Claudia. Just send the drawing when it's ready, I'm sure he'll like it. The one of the alley cat was most superb, though Beth hasn't seen it yet.
*Giggles a little thinking of what Beth's reaction will be.

*Downstairs, still listening to MC Radio, oblivious to what's going on around him while getting the master list half done.

Claudia:

Oops! I forgot about that drawing. *Sheepish*

Bunsen:

Oh, how great to know you liked her drawing! I am sure she will have the next one for you by tommorow, correct? *Looks to Claudia pressingly*

Claudia:

*Blushes a bit*
I can't believe I forgot.

Beaker:

*Shakes head*

Hello from the dorms management team.

Tired as I am from working all through the night on the list... We'd like to take this time to wish one of our long-standing and regular residents a joyous birthday. The guy with his furry friends... One of the MP3 masters... None other than our very own Kyle (Erine81981)

Boppity: Well Adam hasn't come back, so no

Gloat: Aww, any money

Boppity: 27 euros

Gloat: Euros? *grabs them and eats them* Useless, and they don't taste good either

Boppity: You could have left some for me

Maurice: We all do.

Murray: *running in* I got the stremmers!

Grover: Shhhhh Murray. We have to keep this a secret. Kyle does not know we are planning a party for him.

Grover: Yes. So let us all go to the store and get the stuff ready.

Herry: Me and Maurice will heads up with the Chef and get him to make a cake.

Maurice: I just hope that the Chef doesn't make an exploding cake.

Grover: Good idea. Come on Murray.

My Kyle is all grown up! *Grabs a tissue and blows in it*

Bunsen:

He already was, dear.

Come along...we have a party to prepare!
